Synopsis.

Sinth Gallelo is not the only Cleptian on his planet.  In fact, all inhabitants of his kind on his planet of Cleptia were given the title of Cleptians.  All Cleptians were spawned in a basket and came with a Manual.  Also, they possessed a treasure box, but they didn't get the key to it automatically.  Some forgot about the box after time, but some asked the Authority, or the Higher Powers, for a key to the box.  Inside the treasure box was a gift from the Authority that would enable the Cleptians to do anything that the Authority needed that Cleptian to do during that Cleptian's lifetime.  Only those who were willing to do what the Authority asked them to do could receive the key for their treasure box.  All the rest would have to fend for themselves through the life of a Cleptian, which was not always easy.

Every Cleptian also came with an Instruction Manual.  The reason for that is not to tell the other Cleptians about that Cleptian, but rather for the Cleptian to be able to find out about himself.  Here is an excerpt from The Manual:

Every Cleptian must be willing to recharge himself every day.  This is so that he will be fully recharged.

            You see, it is important that the Cleptians follow the instructions from their Creator, since their Creator knew more about them than they did.  How else would they become what they were created to be if they did not follow The Manual?  Of course, the Cleptians often doubted the existence of the Authority, but that was because the Authority made itself known to the Cleptians who accepted the key.  Every Cleptian who wanted to accomplish what he or she was created for would ask for the key to his or her treasure box, so those who did not ask for the key did not unlock their full potential as a Creation of the Authority, and those who had not unlocked their treasure boxes were automatically against the Authority because they did not accept the gift from the Authority.
